The Classic Car Club members met at Restaurante Menestralia near Campanet for our latest club run. The car park quickly became a display of our classic cars, with members greeting each other before the drive.

After a briefing from Sadie Sutherland that covered instructions and game rules, the group set off at 11:00 with 30-second intervals.

​

The carefully planned route took us along the scenic country roads of central Mallorca, starting in Campanet. We then passed through Moscari and Binibona, enjoying views of the rolling countryside. The drive continued to Caimari, known for its olive groves. The journey offered excellent opportunities to drive our cars, enjoy the company, and receive positive reactions from locals along the way.

The Top Trumps Game

To add a fun element, this run included a Top Trumps game. Participants had to solve riddles to find hidden cards along the route, which led to a lot of laughs.

​

The drive finished with a steady climb to the Puig de Santa Magdalena restaurant, located on a hill above Inca. The panoramic views provided a great setting as we parked the cars together after the drive. The group then enjoyed a well-deserved meal, with conversation focusing on past and future club events.

​

At the conclusion of the event, we took a moment to reflect on what makes these outings so special: the passion for motoring, the beauty of Mallorca’s landscapes, and above all, the camaraderie of our members. Each participant deserves hearty congratulations for taking part and making the day such a success.

Well done to all who took part! This ¨Tuscany of Mallorca¨ run will be remembered as another outstanding day in the life of our club. With such a perfect combination of classic cars, good friends, and the island’s natural beauty, it was a reminder of why we love what we do. We now look forward with excitement to the next run, where the road, once again, will be waiting.
