It was a stunning warm sunny day to hold our Classic Car Club Pre-Christmas get together at Restaurant Bruno at Port Calanova on Sunday 10th December 2023. There were 40 members and co-pilots enjoying several hours where drinks & tapas were laid on. The wonderful Mrs Santa Claus, Izzy Newman, was there to sing for us and create a lovely atmosphere. There was even a magician walking around the group showing us his magical skills.

Prior to the meeting 12 cars met in Portals to go on a wonderful little 40km convoy drive to Calvia, Es Capdella, Galilea, Puigpunyent and the Coll de Sa Creu before ending up at the venue for the party. Fergus Ross in his Fiat Spider took the lead with his daughter Summer as the co-pilot and to slow him down for those following as he is known for his driving a little faster than most of us! Along with the route given to everyone they must have done a good job as all arrived safely and on time.

As in past years Rosemary Graham from the Allen Graham Charity 4 Kidz! attended so that some members could give support to them either by donating toys or some monetary donation. Thank you to everyone that donated and helped make a difference to this good cause.

This was the last event for the club in 2023 but we are looking forward to a great new year of driving in 2024.
