About the event
As usual instead of the traditional car ‘rally’ we will meet at the fuel quay in Puerto Portals, and simply drive in convoy enjoying the cooler evening air to the beautiful hilltop of Randa.
Thanks again to Gaston, we have been able to secure the grounds for the 21st June which also happens to coincide with the Summer Solstice, a time of long days, warmth and a touch of magic! Bring along picnics that you can eat in the grounds of the monastery overlooking the magnificent Bay of Palma.
In honour of this sacred day we thought it would be nice to revive old traditions of the club and offer a prize giving for the best ‘Mid Summers Eve’ themed picnic! Think ancient rituals, Shakespearian characters, romantic love, flowing fabrics, fairy lights, and floral arrangements.
