“Halloween Rally”
This month’s car run takes place on the 29th October 2023 and is appropriately named Halloween Rally.

About the event
It is being organised by Stan Hunter and Pam Gardner. The starting point will be at the Capitania Porto Portals, Calvia. Location on Google Maps
The meeting will be at 10.30am, but come earlier if you plan on having coffee! The rally start time will be at 11.00am.
The restaurant at the end of the route will be Restaurant de Canet, Carretera Palma, Valldemossa, km 10, 07190 Esporles. It is a great venue with traditional Spanish food and there will be a choice of food from the following:
Traditional Pork with cabbage (Lomo con col)
Chicken breast
Sea bass
Vegetarian
The cost is €40 per person for Members and their co-pilot which includes a 3 course meal, quarter a bottle of wine each, water and coffee. If you require any further drinks, then these can be paid for separately. If a member is driving only it is free and if you are a non-member there is an extra €15 per car entrance fee for both the meal and drive only option.
The run will take us along some scenic roads from our meeting point to end at the restaurant. There will be some questions relating to features on the route to answer. More will be revealed on the day of the car run along with the route directions. Of course, you do not have to take part in the competition, just turn up and enjoy the drive and the company.
